Wide rings, a name that instantly evokes the sea.
The shape takes its name from its form, which resembles knife-cut squid rings. It's no coincidence that it's traditionally the most beloved cut in Campania's seafood cuisine. The semolina comes from a carefully studied blend of different Italian wheat varieties, worked with bronze dies and slowly dried at low temperature, for a rough, amber result with anything but a simple flavour.
Perfect with a squid or fish sauce, but also with sautéed vegetables or a meat ragù for those who prefer to keep both feet on dry land.
P.S. "Una pasta che ricorda tanto il mare"!
(a pasta that really reminds you of the sea!)
