Made from 100% Italian durum wheat semolina, kneaded with selected eggs and 5% fresh truffle, worked with bronze dies and slowly dried at low temperature, to keep every aroma intact.
Perfect with simple butter and parmesan, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, or an extra shaving of fresh truffle for those who never have enough.
