The rare citrus taste, between sour and sweet.
The citron is an ancient citrus fruit, less known than oranges and lemons, with a complex aromatic profile. It grows along Sicily's eastern coast, where the mild climate enhances its intensity. The peel stays whole in the jar, for a genuine taste.
Perfect on bread at breakfast, with fresh cheese, or paired with a spoon dessert.
