Ringo is two shortbread discs, one cocoa and one vanilla, joined by a soft cream. Some eat them just like a normal biscuit, others pull them apart and lick the cream first, and others save one side for last.
There's no right way: there's only yours.
Perfect as a snack, with milk, or for a sweet break.
