Crema Funghi Porcini e Tartufo Nero is made almost entirely from porcini mushrooms, enriched with summer black truffle, parsley and a hint of pepper. Soft and easy to spread, the porcini remains the star, with the truffle accompanying it without overpowering it.
Perfect on crostini, for an elegant aperitivo, or to finish off a risotto.
