Made from 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil, produced according to age-old olive oil tradition, flavoured with white truffle: a visible slice inside the bottle is the proof of it. The taste is fruity, fragrant and delicate, with truffle notes that pair perfectly with the olive.
Ideal for seasoning tartare, carpaccio, meat and fish fillets, first courses, eggs, cheese, salads and vegetables. Just one teaspoon per person is enough to bring out the flavour.
