Champignon mushrooms, olives, almonds and a touch of summer black truffle.
Salsa Tartufata Bianca is made from 60% champignon mushrooms, enriched with green and black olives, almonds and summer black truffle, rounded off with parsley. Despite the name, the truffle here is black: "bianca" (white) refers to the pale colour of the cream, not the truffle variety.
Perfect for filling vol-au-vent, spread on crostini, paired with fresh cheese, or as a dip for an aperitivo with finger food.
